SPOILERS!

Stuck somewhere? Can't figure out how to get a key? Having trouble with
the Leyawiin quest? Look no further! This spoilers file will lead you
through each city's vault, including key locations, and special treasures.

GENERAL VAULT INFO:

Each vault has three guards, two during the day, and one at night. When off
duty, the guards rest, where else, in the castle's barracks. Each guard carries
a key to the vault. They can be pickpocketed or killed. Some of the guards don't
respawn.

Anvil:

Key Locations:

3 Guards
On a side table, near a jewlery chest, to the left of the Countess' bed.

Special Treasure:

Golden-scaled Slaughterfish! These rare creatures have long been kept
by Counts and Countesses of Anvil, both as curiosities, and as a source
of gold. If you want to get yourself some of the golden scales, which
are quite valuable, you'll need some food. Watch out - they bite! If you do
get bitten, a simple cure disease potion/spell/scroll will fix you up.

Bravil:

Key Locations:

3 Guards
On a desk in the Count's Bedroom

Special Treasure:

The Count happens to like his booze, so there's a good amount of wine in the vault;
also, there are a number of magical items. Have you seen the disrepair of Bravil lately,
though? It's not exactly rolling in gold. No special treasure here, friend!

Bruma:

Key Locations:

3 Guards
In a small jewlery chest in the Countess' chambers.

Special Treasure:

An Akavari War-Globe. When you have this globe in your possession, it gives you a powerful
spell, as well as gives you a serious boost in strength, agility, heavy armor, and blade. You
also get a helpful spell, although you need to have a high destruction skill to cast it. Be
careful getting the globe - dart traps are nasty things!

Cheydinhal:

Key Locations:

3 Guards
In a jewlery box in the Lord's chambers.

Special Treasure:

The Indarys family has been growing orchids for years; these orchids produce rare and
valuable nectar which can be harvested, filling three vials at a time. To do so, just grab
some empty vials (they respawn in their crates) and activate the orchid. You can only do this
once every few days.

Chorrol:

Key Locations:

3 Guards
On a desk in the private quarters

Special Treasure:

The Count of Chorrol was a well-known collector of weapons before his death. As such, the vault is
full of rare and powerful weapons. Upon the Count's death, however, the Countess ordered the
weapon room sealed. If you want to get in, try finding a way around.. or under? If you need more help,
check out the Crumbling Mine, just south of Chorrol's walls.

Leyawiin:

Key Locations:

3 Guards
Under a bowl in the Private Quarters

Special Treasure:

This one's a doozy. Turns out Leyawiin was built on an old Argonian fortress, and recently, some parts
of that have been discovered. Activate the statue - it will tell you you need a book. A nearby note
gives some hints on where such a book might be found - the Skingrad vault, or the First Edition, in
the Imperial City. Either will work. Once you have the book in hand, activate the statue again, and
you'll find you need the Scales of the Lizard. Hmm.. wasn't there a book named that in both the Skingrad
vault and the First Edition? Go get a copy, and you'll find out the Scales are actually, well, scales, and
were lost when the Long-Tail Tribe disappeared. It hints there may be a hideout around Leyawiin, though,
and what do you know, it's right! Leave Leyawiin by the Northeast gate, and follow the wall. You'll eventually
come to an area that spreads out a bit; just beyond a Nirnroot, if you look into the water, you'll find
a door to an old stronghold. Enter (bring your waterbreathing potions!) and explore the ruins. Good luck -
they're twisty! In the back, you'll find the Scales. Bring them back to the statue, and activate it once more
(make sure you've still got the first book!) You're done! As a reward, you get the Heart of the Argonian, a
massive ruby that ups your agility, speed, and hand to hand, and gives you a pretty powerful spell and ability.
Enjoy!

Skingrad:

Key Locations:

3 Guards
On a book, on a bookshelf, in the Lord's Manor.

Special Treasure:

You may notice the Count enjoys his books - he's even got an extremely rare one that - yep - can turn you
into a vampire. Take it and activate it, and you'll be given the chance to learn all about them, and join their
ranks. Whether you want to, though, is up to you.

Hope that helped some!
